Hi! I’m Hannah and I am strength and conditioning coach based in Bristol.

I love helping people find confidence in their body and mind through strength training. Reaching new goals, and becoming their best them leading their strongest life.

I am a Qualified Level 3 fitness instructor and personal trainer
I also hold a StrongFirst SFG level teo Kettlebell certification

Aside from personal training, I also run Stand Strong Krav Maga helping people learn self defence while getting fit and healthy!
